From 1st to 7th August, KMS Solutions, along with the diplomatic delegation from Vietnam’s Minitry of Information and Communication (MIC), visited Australia at the invitation of the Australian government, aiming to expand government and business cooperation across the digital economy sector between the two countries.
The strengthening Australia – Vietnam relationship is built upon increasing strategic trust, expanding economic connections and solid people-to-people ties. The Australia – Vietnam Enhanced Economic Engagement Strategy (EEES) found its foundation in the collaborative efforts of both nations in the realm of the digital economy, highlighting the significance that both countries place on digital technology and trade as drivers of economic advancement.
In commemoration of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations, Prime Minister Albanese announced a new overseas development assistance package of $105 million to support Vietnam’s sustainable economic growth and clean energy transition during his recent visit to Vietnam on the 3rd – 4th of June.
As part of Vietnam’s diplomatic mission visit to Australia, Mr. Abhishek Nema – the COO of KMS Solutions – had the opportunity to meet with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Australian enterprises, visit the UTS Tech Lab and Tech Central Precinct. Within the Vietnam – Australia Digital Forum held at the InterContinental Sydney hotel, he presented KMS Solution’s digital capabilities, demonstrating the potential for collaboration in areas of Software Engineering and Development services.
During the event, Mr. Nguyen Thien Nghia, Deputy Director General of Information Technology and Mr. Hoang Huu Hanh, Director of the International Education Center, also shared information about Vietnam’s digital strategies, policies, and opportunities for bilateral cooperation in developing the digital workforce.
Through close engagement at the conference, Australian and Vietnamese corporations had the opportunity to promote new technological collaboration prospects and develop the digital workforce as a premise to propel multi-dimensional cooperative relationships forward.
